At Living 2B Awesome we believe movement is a form of self care and compassion.  It is an opportunity for you to connect with your body and learn to speak it's langauge.

In a world filled with stress and high obligations we create a space where you can just be yourself and connect with other people who are supportive, encouraging and completely respect where you are in your journey.

Our theme is "one percent better everyday" and that is done by "meeting ourselve in the middle" of our higher expectations and an awareness of our energy level for each day.

We truly believe that each workout is an opportunity to practice being awesome in all areas in your life!

ABOUT OUR CLASSES

Core Strong

These full-body workouts mindfully start with CORE activation, MOBILITY, and STABILITY exercises that bring life-changing AWARENESS into your own unique body. You then have the opportunity to SAFELY practice using your new insights in a combination of exercises that will improve your deeper core strength, endurance, and flexibility. Think yoga "meeting in the middle" with strength exercises and cardio circuit training. We take the best of it all and package it up for you. Our coaches not only provide positive encouragement but empower you to always customize your workout to feel safe, confident, and most importantly that you are still HAVING FUN!! You will walk away feeling SWEATY, STRONG, and tingling with POSITIVE ENERGY!

These classes are on Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 6:30am
