Her ultimate goal: To build confidence in those that trust her with their journey, sharing the power of consistently growing forward towards your goals while maintaining a peaceful life balance.
Aimee once led a busy life, heavy with perfectionism and the pressure to overachieve. She was burnt out and started to realize that everyone around her was falling into the same trap. She saw the opportunity to lead, so she stepped up to be the change!
This was Aimee's first 2B moment and the moment that Living 2B Awesome was born.
Now Aimee creates a safe place where the mind, body and soul can nourish and grow. She combines safe movement patterns and powerful mindset strategies to create a plan that is unique.
Aimee's philosophy is simple, bring your “one percent better” and learn to “meet yourself in the middle”. Reaching all your health and fitness goals is one thing, but living a fun, balanced life filled with awesomeness is another. This is the invaluable (often missing) piece you’ll take away when you train with Coach Aimee.

Judy's journey has changed tremendously over the years. When she was young, she was always involved in sports and was working in physically demanding jobs, such as working on a dairy farm.
When she started working full time in an office, and then having kids, she found she never had time to prioritize herself.
She worked out and would go in fits and starts, at some points getting into a rhythm.
During those years however, she was always motivated by external goals, like running 5km, losing weight or lifting a certain weight.
While there’s nothing wrong with having external goals, Judy now works out because of the mental mind shift that she is able to achieve.
Her absolute favourite exercise is hiking.
Her goal is to hike and see as much of this world through active travel, as it challenges her physically and being in nature feeds her soul.
She loves weight training with kettlebells because she is able to build strength, mobility and endurance all at the same time.
Judy has experienced the life changing results of using your workouts to not only develop your core strength but to implement simple mindset strategies at the same time.
This is what she is most excited to share as a coach!

The 2B workouts are created to help us all build strength, both mentally and physically, but it’s more than just exercise.
It’s a caring and supportive community of people that help me, personally, start my mornings off with a real “feel good” sense of belonging.
I look forward to sharing my 2B passion during class.
Whether it’s encouraging members to do their own personal best, encouraging them when something doesn’t come easy or when it’s best to actually take it easy. “Listen to your body.”
This is somewhat of a mantra at Living 2B Awesome that we all, at times, need reminding.
