I’m Aimee — an Embodied Kettlebell Strength and Mindset Coach, Somatic Facilitator, and Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience helping people move smarter, feel safer, and live stronger—body, mind, and soul.
I have a deep passion for helping people move safely and confidently. With a keen eye for the details that matter, I guide clients to make small, intentional shifts that transform how they feel in their movement—reducing pain, improving function, and rediscovering the joy of moving well. My approach focuses on optimizing the body’s natural patterns and using movement as a tool for living a more connected, fulfilling life.
After years of chasing external goals—marathons, CrossFit competitions, and the constant search for validation—I experienced multiple burnouts that forced me to rebuild myself from the inside out. Through that process, I discovered the profound link between movement, the nervous system, and the mind. I began to see that movement isn’t just physical—it’s a mirror for how we feel, react, and connect to ourselves and the world around us.
Becoming a certified Somatic Facilitator through Somastery was the catalyst that helped me step fully into my purpose—with authenticity, clarity, and heart. Now, I integrate nervous system awareness, strength training, and mindset work to help others explore the powerful connection between movement and their inner world.
My mission is to empower people to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and move from a place of awareness and self-trust—so they can feel stronger, more resilient, and truly live an awesome life.
